Foundation was found in 2009 by academics of the Faculty of Political Science, Maria Curie-Sklodowska University in Lublin, Poland.
The main aims of the International Research Foundation are:
- popularization the knowledge about the international relations;
- research support in the field of the international relations;
- promotion of prointegration activities and the idea of multiculturalism;
- framing the platform for research, discussion, workshops and cooperation between the scholars and institutions.
In our activities we focus on: research in field of the international relations, engaging the cooperation between various institutions and organizations, organizing the conferences, workshops and other scientific events, publishing.
Our main project nowadays is to organize in 2010 the Summer School on:
Dialogue among Civilizations. West and Islam
We plan to invite to our project a number of outstanding specialists, experts, activists and NGO representatives. We want our school to become a long-term project, organized once in the year.
